Its been too long.......

Friday was a big day! Tom and Ryan were having a BBQ for the new sales floor opening this next week. Brit and I were in charge of getting everything ready for the big party. It was a lot to do in short amount of time but we got it done. I really think that everyone had a good time! Ryan did tours of the house at 5 and then we ate around 6. It worked out great because it gave Brit and I some extra time to get things ready! I wasen't able to take any pictures of the night because I was way too busy with everything else. After things calmed down and people started to leave I felt comforable letting Brindley swim. I knew that Tom was too busy talking and wouldn't watch her so I wanted her to wait until I could give her all my attention. Overall I think that it was a success, and we look forward to many more parties.
Saturday was also a big day! It was Cedar Hills Days!! (thats were toms parents live) so we got up REALLY early and headed to save some seats for the Parade. The Parade was awesome, Brindley, Christian and Gracie got a ton of candy and had a great time watching everything go by. After that we headed over to the Carnival, they had fun blow up toys for the kids to go down. Brindley was pretty excited this time about them. About an hour of sweating I was done! Laura and I went over and spent some of our husbands money on the cute things at the booths. Booths are the funnest part for me. We then had a yummy lunch and then decided we had had enough of the 103 degree weather and went home for a nap.
That night we headed back up to Toms parents for a firework show, but they were canceled for the weather. BUMMER!!! So there will be a post about the fireworks later on tonight. (Monday)
Sunday was a little more relaxing we went to church and then went to a friends house for dinner. What a weekend we had! Im sure glad that we have fun things to do as a family this summer it makes for some great memories!!!
